Lokum beach, Dubrovnik, Croatia
Lokrum is situated ten minutes by taxi boat from the old port of red-roofed town of Dubrovnik. Lokrum is honoured as one of Croatia's national parks and home to one of the country's premier nudist beaches. naturist beach on the easternmost point of the island of Lokrum, can be reached by boat from the Dubrovnik port. Like most of the Dalmatia Coast, Lokrum's beaches are rocky rather than sandy and back onto groves of pine trees. This lack of sand is more than compensated for by a stunning expanse of water. Reputedly the island where Richard the Lionheart was shipwrecked, Lokrum is crisscrossed by shady paths overhung by pines. Extensive rocky beaches run along the eastern end of the island, and there's a nudist section (FKK) at the far eastern tip.
