The family houses are fascinating for their typical Bansko’s architecture. The interior is a perfect combination between modern style and luxury. There are tavern with fireplace, sauna, WC and a bath with a shower on the ground floor. Going up to the first floor you will find a beautifully furnished living room with soft furniture, a right-angled table, a fire place, TV, telephone. In the kitchen and the living room, there are a table with 8 chairs, a refrigerator with mini-bar and other basic cooking facilities. The two bedrooms are on the second floor, one of them with king size bed and the other with twin beds. Each has its own bath with a tube and hairdryer. There are also a toilet table with a mirror and a stool, TV, telephone, a radio alarm clock, a wardrobe, sitting place with two chairs and a round table in each.
The hotel complex offers a wide range of facilities including Lobby bar, Sky bar, Restaurant, Out-door bar and restaurant, Tavern, Underground garage, Ski storage, Indoor swimming pool, Sauna, Fitness, Solarium, Massage.

The air-conditioned 40-seat restaurant is the perfect place to carry out family and business parties and cocktails.
The Sky bar offers you its unique atmosphere under the stars and the delight of the coffee specialties and sweets freshly prepared in our own bakery. The perfect place for business cocktails, conferences, birthday parties or just disco parties. It has 60 seats, daylight dimming, flipchart, microphone, two TV sets, multimedia and all other equipment that may be necessary.

1. The prices include: breakfast, swimming pool, fitness, sauna, parking, ( transport to the basic lift station during Winter season only), taxes, insurance, V.A.T.
2. The prices of double room, double room-deluxe and suites are based on two persons - two beds. Prices of family houses are based on four persons - four beds.
3. Obligatory extra pay per adult: Christmas dinner – 26 Euro, New Year’s dinner – 77 Euro
4. Obligatory extra pay per child: Christmas dinner – 16 Euro, New Year’s dinner – 36 Euro
5. Children under 12 y.o. are accommodated free of charge on an additional bed or coach.
6. Children over 12 y.o. and adults accommodated on an additional bed or coach are charged 21 Euro per night during winter season and 15 Euro per night during summer season.
7. Extra pay per person and per day: for half board - 8 Euro, for full board - 16 Euro.
8. Transfer from Sofia (for hotel guests only) - 12 persons maximum - 170 Euro.
