Sightseeing tours in Krakow
As the downtown area of Krakow is not that big (from Wawel through Kazimiers and around the Old Town) you can walk around yourself easily with a guide book.

Auschwitz tours
Auschwitz is a living town nowadays, called Oświęcim. To get to Oświęcim you have to take a bus from Krakow, which cost 20 Polish zloty (return fare), it is a 1.5hrs trip only. BUses from Krakow Regional Bus station straight to Auschwitz Memorial Museum

Zakopane tour
There are buses to Zakopane (PKP and smaller companies as well) from the Regional Bus station, but you can try train as well from Krakow Glowny.
