Most of the tours,attractions are provided by third parties, local travel agencies,tour operators. All of those are tested and 100% satisfaction guaranteed.

Centraleasteurope.com Ltd has nothing to do with strikes,late departures,cancelled flights/buses/trains
Booking procedure :
Once you found an interesting trip/tour from our selection, you can show your interest if you fill out the form on the bottom of each page of our tours. Filling is not booking, but give us a feedback, so our sales team can contact you.
About what?
We use only secure payment, that means that you can pay by Paypal via a secure email link, and our sales team will check the details and the tour detail with you.
Payment terms and types
We accept credit card/paypal payment, both via paypal secure system. We also accept direct deposit, and in terms of Full day tours we accept on site payment as well, so you do not need to pay in advance if you book a full day program.
Tour Cancel and refund
You can cancel your booking anytime! If you do it min.10days in advance, we give you full refund. From 10-2days from your original arrival date, we charge you 10% service fee, and give back to you 90%. If you cancel on the last day or you did not show up on departure, we can not refund.
The time when we can not refund
As we are only providers in some case, like flight tickets,train,bus tickets,transfer services. We can not refund any tickets due to cancellation, late departure, any missed connection, although we will do everything possible to make you feel better as we can tailor made all of our tours, so we will hopefully get an agreement in these cases.
Other refunds
If train ticket does not arrive on time : we do refund money 100% (except bank and postal fees) upon verifying all related info by Hungarian State Post as all train ticket delivery by registered airmail.
If post failed to deliver (you took your journey by that time the ticket arrive), we refund 100% of the money through wire (bank) transfer within 30 working days.
If posted ticket failed to arrive due to wrong address and the package got back to us we can not make refund sorry.
