The ski resort of Tatranska Lomnica is situated in the region of Vysoke Tatry Mts. (High Tatras). The base altitude of the resort is 904 m and the highest point reaches up to 2196 m, for a total vertical rise of 1340 m. The best conditions in ski resort Tatranska Lomnica are from December to March. Total length of the downhill runs is 9,2 km out of which 2,8 km could be artificially snowed.
At Tatranska Lomnica there is cableway and 3 chair-lifts, with total capacity of 2270 people per hour. The variety of different downhill runs in the ski resort makes it a suitable place for beginners as well as for advanced skiers. Parents with children have opportunities to use ski-school for children as well as ski-lift for children, which are situated within the ski resort. The ski resort also offers night skiing with approximately 550 meters of illuminated slopes.
