What's included the cost

Train ticket prices we display if seat only or sleeping cabin tickets. Both comes with seat reservation as sleeping cabin beds can turned into seats.

Order

To order a train ticket, simply fill our form or email us with your request. Once our sales team got back to you and you accepted prices and terms by email or any written form, we send you paypal link or bank details for payment.

Payment

Payment by credit card through Paypal or Moneybookers

Delivery

Delivery by registered airmail is FREE, by DHL 55EUR extra. You can choose to pick up the tickets personally in Budapest or else at your hotel/airport

Delivery time is somewhere between 2-4weeks

If there's any problem

Ticket did not arrive than we cancel the tickets and maybe reissue new ones or give you personally 2nd time

Wrong ticket in that case you order on a wrong date/train we can not do more, if we did it we change it to you for free

Train cancelled sorry we can not make a refund as we have nothing to do if the railway cancel a train. It is not too often

You miss the next train because you had to change and train was late, we can not make a refund, although we do our best to make it up to you, contact us
