There are many trains from Budapest to Vienna and via Vienna to Munchen. Most of the trains are intercities, several of those are Railjet trains
Railjet is a new kind of train of the Austrian train Company (OBB), which offers higher standard of comfort for travellers. No extra cost of the Railjet trains, there are three classes, premium, business and economy. Leather seats, notebook socket is available on premium and business.
There are also a bistrocar where you can buy food, drinks. The whole Railjet is suitable for passengers with wheelchair, and there are children play area and children movies in the 7th coach on economy class.
Railjet is going with 160km/h in Hungary and up to 230km/h in Austria and Germany. There are two trains daily between Budapest-Munchen (via Vienna) and one only to Vienna.

Tickets between Budapest and Vienna

There are a restaurant car on each Railjet, EuroCity and EuroNight trains.

Single ticket, valid for one way from Budapest to Vienna or from Vienna to Budapest.
