Centraleasteurope.com offers bus transfer service. The bus transfer is door to door service, that means we pick you up at your wished location and take you directly to your target destination.

All of our cars, buses are ready to work, in perfect condition.
All of our cars and buses are equipped with aircondition, ABS brakes, summer/winter tyres

What traveller should do
Pickup address has to be sent by email in advance
Exact date and pickup location has to be sent by email in advance

Centraleasteurope.com is not resposible any problem with the vehicle if it is not because of its history. Centraleasteurope.com is not responsible for any late because of traffic, road or weather conditions or vis major.

Payment :
Payment by creidt/debit card through Paypal or Moneybookers. You should show the receipt (which sent you by email) to the driver. No further payment needed to the driver.

Refund :
Centraleasteurope.com do everything to give you a perfect service.
Refund available through Paypal or Moneybookers only, driver does not have cash.
All refund request has to be reported properly through our Customer Service.

Refund available in following situations :
- no driver show up for the fixed hour (10min late acceptable we think)
- driver lost so you late your flight, train, etc.

Young children
We provide booster seat, childseat, capsules for FREE, pls notice it when you contact us

Stops and routes
We try to offer you fast service, so normally we take the shortest roads. We do as many stops as you wish upon the normal ones

Day or night
We do the service during day or nighttime for the same price
