Have you landed safely in Budapest Ferihegy Airport? Now find out how to get into Budapest downtown to your hotel in Budapest
Several options available, like by mass transporation bus/underground combination, taxi, minibus or train
Train
We recommend train only from Ferihegy Terminal 1 as there are direct access from the Terminal 1 to the train station, from Terminal 2 you have to take bus to the Terminal 1 and you have to buy a busticket as well.
You can take any train arriving to the platform to Nyugati (western) train station.
Passengers are awaited by two platforms complete with passenger lifts to aid disabled users. Tickets to Ferihegy 1 may be purchased at any rail ticket office or ticket vending machine. Should you land outside of opening hours, and there's no vending machine at your station, but during this time you can buy your ticket on the train. It is useful to know that a journey from Nyugati station to Ferihegy 1 takes about 20 minutes and cost: 400HUF

From Kobanya Kispest you can take underground (blue line) to the downtown. Takes around another 20mins to get to Deak Ferenc ter.
