Vienna airport is one of the busiest in central and eastern europe. But it is easy to go to the city and there are many options.
City Airport train
CAT , the City Airport Train, is one of the fastest and easiest link between Vienna Airport and the inner city.
It is fast as it takes you into Vienna within 16minutes, and there are no traffic jams
Comfortable due to the new train carriages, onboard entertainment system
It is realiable, goes every 30th minutes, first train from the airport at 06:05am, last one 23:35pm, first train from the city to airport at 05:38am, last one at 23:08am. Monday to Sunday.
Single ticket cost 10EUR, Return is 18EUR. Children can ride free till age of 14. You can buy tickets onboard the train for 2EUR surcharge.
The train could be mixed with taxi, so from the train station you can take a CAT-CAB (their own taxi co) directly to your address. Combined fares : (one way, 1-4persons)

Vienna Airport Bus
Vienna Airport bus connects Vienna airport with the main transport hubs in Vienna.
Connection available between Airport to Westbahnhof (train station)

Buses runs frequently every 20-45mins (depends on which hub you want to go)
Cost 7EUR a single.

You can choose your taxi waiting outside the terminal building. A single fare cost around 44EUR per taxi.
